Eligibility for Return
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Health and wellness consumables cannot be returned once opened, unless damaged or defective.
Return Process

- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to our return address.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. Approved replacements will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
